How our service process works:

1. Book an onsite appointment 
   Book a no-obligation appointment online by completing the Contact form or call 902.292.4428.  We offer same-day service and our friendly, Odour Gone Specialist, will call you to schedule an appointment.  We can meet you at home or at work (for vehicles, if that is more convenient).
2. We provide upfront pricing
   When we arrive, just point to the area (vehicle or home area) where you want the odour eliminated and our friendly Odour Gone Specialist will provide you with an upfront, all-inclusive price as well as any limitations on our service, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding with the service.
3. We remove your odour
   We treat all the areas where the odour can reside, including penetrating soft and hard surfaces, even the hard to reach areas such as AC/ heating vents.  The services usually takes less than one hour for vehciles but up to 12 hours for homes.  Once our Odour Gone Specialist is finished, your vehicle & home are safe to return to and use.
4. We offer a guarantee
   Its not a one time transaction to us! We do our best to completely eliminate the foul odours with what science, technology and knowledgeable process we have, however some odour sources continue after we have left (i.e smokers continue to smoke, pets still reside on the premise and occupants still cook and eat etc).  If however, within 48 hours after we treat your vehicle or home, the original odour is still present our Odour Gone Specialist will return, at our expense, and retreat the area again (assuming the odour source is removed or not continued).
